Ingredients
- 1 medium/large white peach (125 grams or approximately 4.4 oz)
- 1/4 cup very cold Prosecco (2 fl oz)
Instructions
- Peel and cube the peach, then place in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a sieve into a clean bowl.
- Chill the puree for a couple of hours, if desired.
- Pour half of the puree into a flute glass.
- Fill the glass with very cold Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
- Top with a peach slice, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
