A fruity twist on the classic margarita, the Peachy Paradise Margarita is a refreshing and colorful cocktail made with peach nectar and a hint of spicy chili salt on the rim.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz. peach nectar
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1/4 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. tequila (optional)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the peach nectar, orange juice, lime juice, and tequila. Taste and adjust sweetness or strength of alcohol as desired.
  2. To chill, either blend in a large handful of ice cubes to make frozen margaritas, or transfer half of the mixture at a time to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously.
  3. For an optional Chili Salt Rim, rub the rim of each serving glass with a lime wedge, and immediately dip in the chili powder and salt mixture. Then, fill each glass with one large or several small ice cubes. Pour the margarita mixture into each glass, and garnish with lime wedges.
