Ingredients

  • 2 oz Alizé Peach
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 6 oz chilled champagne (or sparkling wine)
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Alizé Peach, frozen peaches, powdered sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth, adding some of the champagne if extra liquid is needed.
  2. Stir in the remaining champagne.
  3. Pour 1/4 of the peach mixture into a glass. Add 1 tablespoon of grenadine to the glass.
  4. Top with the remaining peach mixture.
  5. Garnish and serve.
