Ingredients

  • 1.50 ounces bourbon
  • 0.50 ounce triple sec
  • 3.50 ounces Peach Basil shrub
  • 6 cups fresh peaches, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup basil simple syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Apple cider vinegar to cover the peaches

Instructions

  1. Combine diced peaches, basil simple syrup, and sugar in a container.
  2. Pour enough apple cider vinegar to cover the peaches and let it sit for 2-3 days.
  3. Strain out the peaches and run the liquid through a fine mesh strainer if needed.
  4. Store the shrub in the fridge if desired.
  5. In a glass, combine the Peach Basil shrub, bourbon, and triple sec.
