Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups ice (separated, may need up to 3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 1/4 cup Blue Curacao
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup lemonade

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush 3/4 cup of ice with grenadine syrup until slushy.
  2. Add up to 1/4 cup more ice if needed to achieve a thick consistency, then set aside.
  3. Repeat the step with Blue Curacao, blending with 3/4 cup of ice until slushy.
  4. Add up to 1/4 cup more ice if needed and set aside.
  5. Blend vodka, lemonade, and the remaining 3/4 cup of ice until slushy.
  6. Pour the grenadine layer into a glass, followed by the blue curacao layer, and finish with the vodka lemonade layer on top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
