Passionfruit Caipirissima

Ingredients
- 1/2 lime, sliced into wedges
- 3 teaspoons caster sugar
- 1 passion fruit
- 1.50 oz cachaca (Brazilian rum)
- Ice
Instructions
- In an old fashioned glass or tumbler, muddle the lime wedges and caster sugar together using the end of a rolling pin.
- Halve the passion fruit, scoop out the pulp, and add it to the glass.
- Lightly muddle again to release the flavors.
- Pour in the cachaca.
