Ingredients

3 ounces dry sake
1 bag damiana tea (I used "Moontime Tea")
A small handful of raspberries for muddling
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice (optional to make it sweeter)
1 spritz rosewater

Instructions

Place the damiana tea bag in the sake and allow it to cold steep for 8 hours.
Gently squeeze the tea bag when removing it.
Muddle the fresh raspberries.
Shake the sake and tea mixture with ice.
Pour the mixture over a cocktail strainer into a chilled coup or martini glass.
Garnish with raspberries and spritz with rose water.
