Ingredients

  • 2 oz pear and passion fruit nectar
  • 2 oz pisco liquor
  • 1.50 oz coconut water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale
  • 1 lime slice, for garnish
  • pear slice, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, mix together pear and passion fruit nectar, pisco, coconut water, and lime juice.
  2. Pour the mixture over ice in a tall glass.
  3. Top off with ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice and optionally a pear slice.
  5. Add a dash of bitters to cut the sweetness in the drink, if desired.
