Ingredients

  • Pink sugar for rimming the glass
  • 1 1/2 oz. tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 2 1/3 oz. passion fruit puree
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass with pink sugar.
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and 2 oz. passion fruit puree. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Shake the mixture well and strain into the rimmed glass.
  4. Add ice cubes to the glass and pour 1/3 oz. of passion fruit puree over the top.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
