Parisian Sazerac

A delightful Cognac-based cocktail, the Parisian Sazerac is a creation of late bartender Gary 'Gaz' Regan, inspired by his visit to Cognac. This cocktail offers a French twist to the classic Sazerac, incorporating the elegance of Remy-Martin Cognac and Combier Cointreau, and the unique flavor of Suze. The addition of a hint of Absinthe and a lemon twist garnish adds a touch of sophistication, making it a perfect drink to savor.
