Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce Swoon Margarita
  • 2-3 ounces Sparkling Mineral Water (such as Topo Chico)
  • 1 Lemon Wedge for garnish
  • Rock Salt for rimming the glass
  • 1/4 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, tequila, grapefruit juice, Swoon Margarita, and lime juice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is slightly frothy and well combined.
  3. Use the cut lime wedge to moisten the rim of the glass and dip it into rock salt for decoration.
  4. Pour the mixed cocktail into the prepared glass.
  5. Top with sparkling mineral water and stir gently.
