Ingredients

  • 1.50 ounces Empress 1908 Gin
  • 0.25 pint blackberries (a handful, fresh or frozen)
  • 0.50 ounce honey
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice (from 1 small lime)
  • 2 ounces premium tonic water

Instructions

  1. In a rocks glass or collins glass, muddle the blackberries with honey.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour the pineapple juice and lime juice over the ice.
  4. Add the tonic water.
  5. Carefully float the Empress gin on top.
  6. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
