Oat Soaked Whisky Bliss

This Scottish-inspired cocktail, known as Atholl Brose, is a delightful blend of oats, honey, whisky, and optional cream. It's a process that involves soaking oats in water for 24 hours, straining out the oats, mixing the oat liquid with honey and whisky, and optionally adding cream for a rich, decadent finish. The result is a honeyed whisky cocktail that's worth the time and effort it takes to make.
