Nordic Dill Delight
A refreshing and flavorful cocktail with aquavit, bianco vermouth, Gran Classico, honey syrup, lemon juice, and whole milk, garnished with a dill sprig.
Ingredients
- 1.60 oz aquavit (preferably O.P. Anderson)
- 0.80 oz bianco vermouth (preferably Dolin Blanc)
- 0.40 oz Gran Classico
- 0.40 oz honey syrup (2:1 ratio)
- 0.40 oz lemon juice
- 1.60 oz whole milk
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine honey syrup, Gran Classico, and vermouth. Whisk until the honey is fully mixed.
- Boil the whole milk in a pan, then turn off the stove and immediately add the lemon juice. Let it sit for five minutes, then add the aquavit.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into the pitcher with the vermouth mixture, then strain the entire mixture again.
- Double line a large coffee filter and strain the remaining liquid again.
- Bottle the cocktail and serve in a rocks glass over ice, garnished with a dill sprig.
