Nordic Dill Delight
A refreshing clarified milk punch with aquavit, bianco vermouth, dill, and honey syrup.
Ingredients
- 1.60 oz aquavit, preferably O.P. Anderson
- 0.80 oz bianco vermouth, preferably Dolin Blanc
- 0.40 oz Gran Classico
- 0.40 oz honey syrup (2:1)
- 0.40 oz lemon juice
- 1.60 oz whole milk
Instructions
- In a pitcher, mix the honey syrup, Gran Classico, and vermouth until the honey is fully combined.
- Heat the milk in a pan until it boils, then turn off the heat and immediately add the lemon juice. Let it sit for five minutes before adding the aquavit.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into the pitcher with the vermouth mixture, then strain the entire mixture again.
- Double line a large coffee filter and strain the remaining liquid one more time.
- Bottle the cocktail and serve it in a rocks glass over ice, garnished with a sprig of dill.
