Ingredients

  • 2 oz Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.50 oz Drillaud Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1.75 oz Fresh squeezed pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 3 Ruby grapes
  • 1 Bar spoon Honey
  • 1 Tiny piece Fresh ginger fruits
  • 3 Pieces Basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a Boston shaker, muddle 3 ruby grapes and a small piece of fresh ginger.
  2. Add the Jameson Black Barrel, Drillaud Vanilla Liqueur, fresh pineapple juice, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and a bar spoon of honey into the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  4. Double strain the mixture over rock ice cubes into a whiskey glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and ruby grapes.
