Ingredients

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Benedictine
  • 1/2 oz. Crème de Noyaux
  • Ice
  • Orange twist and cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker tin with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz. gin, 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz. Benedictine, and 1/2 oz. Crème de Noyaux to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients until well chilled, approximately 15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a coupe or cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry.
