Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 3/4 ounce chocolate liqueur
  • Garnish: white chocolate and sugar for rimming

Instructions

  1. Combine grated white chocolate and sugar in a small plate.
  2. Pour a bit of one of the liqueurs into another small plate.
  3. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the liqueur to wet it.
  4. Roll the wet rim of the glass into the chocolate and sugar mixture to finish rimming the glass.
  5. Pour the vodka and liqueurs into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  6. Shake well.
  7. Strain into the prepared glass.
