Minty Raspberry Choco Sangria

Ingredients
- 3 raspberries
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 oz Cocchi Americano
- 2 oz Riesling Wine (preferably New World and Acidic)
- 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
- 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.50 oz Creme de Cacao
- 0.50 oz Sparkling Water
- 0.50 white sugar cube
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, muddle the raspberries, mint, and sugar cube.
- Add 6 large ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Pour in the Cocchi Americano, Riesling wine, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, creme de cacao, and sparkling water.
- Stir the mixture gently and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Prepare extra raspberries and mint sprigs for individual garnishes.
