Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 2/3 oz soda water
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 10 mint leaves and 1 tablespoon of sugar to extract the juices and flavor.
  2. Add crushed ice to the shaker.
  3. Measure 1 1/4 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold and 1/2 oz lime juice into the shaker using a jigger.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a tall glass using a cocktail strainer.
  6. Top up the drink with 1 2/3 oz soda water.
