Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
  • 2 candy canes, crushed
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce white chocolate liquor
  • 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
  • 1 ounce milk or milk alternative (almond, coconut, etc)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between each heating cycle.
  2. While the chocolate is melting, crush the candy canes and place them on a plate.
  3. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the melted white chocolate to coat the edge.
  4. Dip the chocolate-coated rim into the crushed candy canes and let it set up.
  5. In a shaker, combine the milk, vodka, white chocolate liquor, and peppermint schnapps.
  6. Shake the mixture with ice until well mixed.
  7. Pour the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
