Ingredients

  • 2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed, about 1-2 limes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2-3 teaspoons agave nectar or sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz white or silver rum
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1-1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1-2 tablespoons water (optional)
