Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Aviation Gin
  • 1 ounce Ramazzotti Amaro
  • 3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Fee Brother's Old Fashioned Bitters
  • 2 teaspoons Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill half of a Collins glass with finely crushed ice. If needed, use a hammer to crush the ice finely.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the glass.
  3. Use a swizzle stick between your palms to spin until about half of the ice is melted.
  4. Top the remaining glass with crushed ice until it overflows.
  5. Serve with a long straw.
