Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
  • 0.75 oz unflavored gelatin mix
  • 0.25 oz Midori
  • 0.25 oz sweet and sour mix
  • gummies (for decoration, optional)
  • sprinkles (for decoration, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring water and sugar to a boil. Once boiling and sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
  2. In a large bowl, pour in boiled sugar-water and add unflavored gelatin. Whisk quickly until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add chilled Midori and sweet and sour mix to gelatin mixture and whisk quickly until combined. Optionally, add a few drops of green food coloring for a more vibrant color.
  4. Using a funnel or injector, pour gelatin mixture into shot cups. Smooth or spoon out any bubbles that form on top. Fill cups almost to the top, leaving a small gap.
  5. Place finished jello shots in the refrigerator and let set for at least 1-2 hours.
  6. Garnish tops of jello shots with gummies or sprinkles (both optional).
  7. Serve as desired.
