Ingredients

  • 2 oz gold tequila (Cuervo Especial)
  • 1/2 oz silver tequila (Cuervo Especial)
  • 1/2 oz triple sec (Bols)
  • Splash of orange Curacao (Bols)
  • 1 1/4 oz Rose's Lime Juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Juice of 3 lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gold and silver tequilas, triple sec, curacao, and Rose's lime juice to the shaker.
  3. Squeeze the juice from 2 of the lime wedges into the shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously until beads form on the outside of the shaker.
  5. Rim the edge of a margarita glass with lime and dip it in a saucer of coarse salt.
  6. Fill the glass about halfway with crushed ice.
  7. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
  8. Squeeze the juice from the last lime wedge on top and drop it into the glass.
