Ingredients
- Lime wedge
- Flaky sea salt
- Aleppo-pepper flakes
- 2 oz silver tequila, chilled
- 6 oz sparkling water, preferably Topo Chico, chilled
Instructions
- Rim the glass with salt and pepper flakes: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the serving glass, then dip it in a mixture of flaky sea salt and Aleppo-pepper flakes.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour 2 ounces of chilled tequila into the glass.
- Top with 6 ounces of chilled sparkling water.
