Ingredients

  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz grade A maple syrup
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 3 oz club soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and maple syrup together, gently pressing on the mint leaves with a muddler to release the oils.
  2. Add the bourbon and roll the drink from one glass to another to mix the ingredients. Pack the glass with fresh ice.
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
