Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Brandy
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 ounce Maple Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Pasturized Egg White
  • 1 Honey Crisp Apple slice (roughly 1/8 inch thick)
  • Bourbon (enough to coat the apple slice)
  • Maple Syrup (enough to coat the apple slice)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place the apple slice in a small container and coat it with bourbon and maple syrup. Let it marinate for at least an hour.
  2. In a shaker, combine brandy, lemon juice, maple simple syrup, and egg whites.
  3. Shake the mixture for 15 seconds.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with the marinated apple slice and enjoy!
