Ingredients
- 2 ounces Brandy
- 1 ounce Lemon Juice
- 3/4 ounce Maple Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce Pasturized Egg White
- 1 Honey Crisp Apple slice (roughly 1/8 inch thick)
- Bourbon (enough to coat the apple slice)
- Maple Syrup (enough to coat the apple slice)
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the apple slice in a small container and coat it with bourbon and maple syrup. Let it marinate for at least an hour.
- In a shaker, combine brandy, lemon juice, maple simple syrup, and egg whites.
- Shake the mixture for 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the marinated apple slice and enjoy!
