Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi rum
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 2 tbsp water
- pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple into wedges, reserving one with the skin on for decoration.
- Remove the skin from the pineapple and slice to obtain 1/2 cup.
- Place the ice cubes in a blender and crush the ice.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you have a thick frozen mango daiquiri cocktail.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
