Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bacardi rum
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into wedges, reserving one with the skin on for decoration.
  2. Remove the skin from the pineapple and slice to obtain 1/2 cup.
  3. Place the ice cubes in a blender and crush the ice.
  4. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you have a thick frozen mango daiquiri cocktail.
  5. Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
