Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.25 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1.50 cups ice
  • 0.50 oz mango syrup
  • 0.50 tsp chili powder
  • 0.50 oz orange syrup
  • Salted sugar rim mixture
  • 0.50 oz Cointreau
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rim of a cocktail glass by mixing equal parts salt and sugar on a small plate. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into the salt and sugar mixture.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, lemon juice, mango nectar, ice, mango syrup, chili powder, orange syrup, Cointreau, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
