Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp agave date syrup
  • 1/2 oz PX sherry
  • 1/2 oz Spanish brandy
  • 1/2 oz heavy cream
  • Pinch of flaky salt
  • Agave Date Syrup
  • 1/2 cup light agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, crushed ice, agave date syrup, PX sherry, Spanish brandy, and heavy cream.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle additional agave date syrup into a chilled glass.
  4. Fill the glass with the blended shake.
  5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
