Ingredients

  • 3.50 fl oz lychee juice
  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
  • 2 drops of rose water
  • a drop of pink food coloring (optional)
  • 6.75 fl oz chilled Prosecco

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine the lychee juice and agave syrup with a few ice cubes.
  2. Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring (if desired).
  3. Shake vigorously and taste, adjusting the amount of rose water as needed.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
  5. Top up with chilled Prosecco.
