Ingredients
- 3.50 fl oz lychee juice
- 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
- 2 drops of rose water
- a drop of pink food coloring (optional)
- 6.75 fl oz chilled Prosecco
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine the lychee juice and agave syrup with a few ice cubes.
- Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring (if desired).
- Shake vigorously and taste, adjusting the amount of rose water as needed.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
