Ingredients

  • 3.50 fl. oz. lychee juice
  • 1/4 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
  • 2 drops rose water
  • a drop of pink food coloring, optional
  • 6.75 fl. oz. chilled Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or a jam jar, combine lychee juice, agave syrup, and ice cubes.
  2. Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired, then shake vigorously.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the rose water to your preference.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
  5. Top up with Prosecco and gently mix using a long spoon.
  6. Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
