Ingredients
- 8 oz coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 oz Irish whiskey (e.g. Jameson)
- heavy cream
- boiling water
Instructions
- Heat your glass by pouring boiling water into it, swirling it around, and then discarding the water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour in 1 oz of Irish whiskey.
- Slightly froth the heavy cream and gently pour it over the back of a spoon onto the top of the coffee.
