Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 2 ounces heavy cream (whipped into a thick, pourable consistency)
Instructions
- Fill a glass mug with hot tap water and let it sit to warm the glass. Then, empty the mug.
- Pour the freshly brewed hot coffee into the prepared glass mug, filling it about 3/4 full.
- Stir in the packed brown sugar until it dissolves.
- Stir in the Irish whiskey.
- Whip the heavy cream until it's thick and frothy, yet pourable.
- Gently pour the thickened cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee, allowing the cream to sit on top.
