Lincoln Club Cup
A refreshing, sophisticated cocktail with fino sherry, brandy, dry white Bordeaux, fresh citrus juices, and muddled cucumber, topped with sparkling wine and soda water.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. fino sherry
- 1 oz. brandy
- 1 oz. dry white Bordeaux
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz. pineapple gomme syrup
- 2 cucumber slices
- 1 oz. dry sparkling wine, to top
- 1 oz. chilled soda water, to top
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine fino sherry, brandy, dry white Bordeaux, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, pineapple gomme syrup, and muddle the cucumber slices.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake to chill the mixture.
- Double strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
- Top with the chilled soda water and dry sparkling wine.
- Garnish as desired.
