Ingredients

  • 2 oz Limoncello
  • 1.50 oz Blanco tequila
  • 1 oz Lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 0.50 oz honey or agave
  • 1.50 oz club soda
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 of the mint leaves.
  2. Add in some ice, limoncello, tequila, honey, and lime juice.
  3. Shake well to mix the spirits.
  4. Rub the rim of a glass with a squeezed lime and dip it in the sugar.
