Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3 ounces ginger ale
  • 1 Zotz candy, crushed
  • 1 package Pop Rocks candy

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine bourbon, simple syrup, Campari, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass already filled with one tablespoon of Pop Rocks.
  4. Top the cocktail with ginger ale and stir until combined.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with crushed Zotz candy.
