Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 0.21 ounces green Jell-O powder
  • 1 tablespoon vodka
  • cooking spray
  • whipped cream
  • shamrock sprinkles
  • 1 plastic shot cup

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the inside of the plastic shot cup with cooking spray.
  2. Heat the water until boiling.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the boiling water with the Jell-O powder, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Pour in the vodka and additional cold water, then whisk to combine.
  5. Fill the shot cup with the Jell-O mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  6. Just before serving, top the Jell-O shot with whipped cream and shamrock sprinkles.
