Ingredients
- 3 oz Rosé, dry and more red in color
- 1 cup ice
- 1-1.50 tablespoons lemon lavender simple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a small pan, bring the sugar, water, and dried lavender buds to a boil.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture slightly thickens.
- Remove from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, then strain into a heat-safe container and chill until completely cooled.
- In a blender, combine the Rosé, ice, lemon lavender simple syrup, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
