Ingredients
- 4 kumquats, cut in half
- 1/2 large lime, juiced
- 3-4 basil leaves
- 5 ounces sparkling water
- Ice
- Additional kumquat slices and basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Place the cut kumquats, juice of 1/2 lime, and basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Muddle until all the juices are released from the fruit.
- Gently stir in sparkling water to combine.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with kumquat slices and fresh basil leaves to serve.
