Kimchi Spiced Mary
A spicy and savory variation of the classic bloody Mary, the Kimchi Spiced Mary is made with pureed kimchi and Sriracha chile sauce for an adventurous twist on a brunch favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 1/4 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 cup Sriracha chile sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 ounces vodka
- Ice
- Mint sprig or shiso leaf, for garnish
Instructions
- Puree the kimchi with the tomato juice, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, and sherry vinegar.
- Set a fine-mesh strainer over a bowl and strain the kimchi puree, pressing gently on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
- Discard the solids or reserve them for another use.

- Stir in the vodka.
