A low-carb twist on the classic whiskey sour, this frothy keto cocktail is made with bourbon, lemon juice, and a touch of stevia for sweetness.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Bourbon
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 drops Liquid stevia
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour bourbon, lemon juice, and liquid stevia into the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients until they are completely cold and frothy.
- Fill a short glass with more ice cubes.
- Strain and pour the drink into the glass.
- Serve with a wedge of orange.
- For a Boston whiskey sour, add all ingredients plus one egg white to a shaker without ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake again. Strain and pour over new ice in a short glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
