- 2 fl oz Bourbon
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 drops Liquid stevia
- Ice cubes
- 1 Egg white (for Boston and New York sour variations)
- Dry red wine (for New York sour variation)
- Orange slice or cherries for garnish
Instructions
- For a simple whiskey sour, fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour bourbon, lemon juice, and liquid stevia into the shaker, and shake until cold and frothy.
- Fill a short glass with ice cubes, then strain and pour the drink into the glass.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
- For a Boston whiskey sour, add all ingredients plus one egg white to a shaker without ice. Shake for approximately 30 seconds, then add ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain and pour over new ice in a short glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
