Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 can berry flavored hard seltzer, like White Claw or Truly
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ginger ale
- 1/2 tablespoon powdered monkfruit (optional)
Instructions
- Place 1 1/2 cups of ice in a blender.
- Add 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries to the blender.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of sugar-free ginger ale.
- Pour in half a can of berry flavored hard seltzer.
- Optionally, add 1/2 tablespoon of powdered monkfruit.
- Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
