Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz Bombay Sapphire
  • 3.40 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer (chilled & freshly opened)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 lime wedges, well squeezed
  • 1 pinch of pink peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Crush the pink peppercorns in a stemless wine glass with the flat end of a bar spoon.
  2. Squeeze the lime wedges and drop them into the glass, then add the Bombay Sapphire.
  3. Swirl well to infuse the flavors.
  4. Fill the glass with ice, then top it with the ginger beer.
  5. Gently fold or stir to mix, then add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
