Ingredients

  • 2 oz Japanese Whisky
  • 6 oz Soda water

Instructions

  1. Fill a Highball glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Discard any excess water and pour in the Japanese Whisky.
  3. Stir the whisky 13.5 times in a clockwise direction.
  4. Using a bar spoon, lift the ice and gently pour the chilled soda water down the spoon's rivets.
  5. Stir the mixture 3.5 times in a clockwise direction to incorporate the ingredients.
