Ingredients
- 2 oz Japanese Whisky
- 6 oz Soda water
Instructions
- Fill a Highball glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
- Discard any excess water and pour in the Japanese Whisky.
- Stir the whisky 13.5 times in a clockwise direction.
- Using a bar spoon, lift the ice and gently pour the chilled soda water down the spoon's rivets.
- Stir the mixture 3.5 times in a clockwise direction to incorporate the ingredients.
