Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
- 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Egg White
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously to chill and froth the mixture.
- Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker.
- Shake again without ice to further froth the egg white.
- Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a mist of aromatic bitters.
