Italian Citrus Sparkler
A robust and citrusy sangria made with Chianti, oranges, limoncello, triple sec, and Campari.

Ingredients
- 5 oz Chianti
- 1/4 large navel orange
- 2/3 oz limoncello
- 1/3 oz Campari
- 1/3 oz triple sec
- 1/6 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Cut two slices from the middle of the orange and muddle them in the bottom of a glass pitcher.
- Juice the remainder of the orange and add it to the pitcher along with the wine, limoncello, Campari, triple sec, and simple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Chill the sangria for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
- Pour over ice and add 2 dashes of bitters to the glass.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
