Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Pineapple juice
- 2/3 cup coco real (cream of coconut - found in liquor section)
- 1 liter bottle sparkling/seltzer water
- ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine half of the pineapple juice and 1/2 cup of coco real until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher.
- Blend the remaining pineapple juice and coco real in the blender and add it to the pitcher.
- Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to mix.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice and pour the Island Breeze Sparkler over the ice.
